I am a professional marketer and community builder. My goal is to always create an inviting, inclusive, and inspiring atmosphere. I love to connect with others and allow them to connect with a broader audience to feel a sense of belonging.

I am happily married to my husband, Jerad. We have three super cool kids, including my 14 year old step-daughter Elle, and our two children William (6) and Charlotte (3). We love to spend time together, just us, or with our amazing village of grandparents, aunts, uncles and close friends.

This book is inspired by my son William, who was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech when he was three. Apraxia is a neurological gross motor disorder that has made him speaking verbally quite the challenge. Join me and other non-speaking parents as we create an inclusive and supportive environment for our kids to learn and communicate in their own ways.
